Panamá Turismo S.A.-Panamá

 

1.conclusion of the contract

With the booking order the customer offers Panamá Turismo S.A. the conclusion of a contract bindingly. The order must be made in writing. The contract is valid from the moment of acceptance and confirmation by Panamá Turismo S.A. and its authorized representatives.

 

2.Payment

With the conclusion of the contract (booking) a deposit (of 50% of the total price) is due, which must be paid by the client (the customer) no later than 7 days after receipt of the written contract. The remaining amount is to be paid up to 50 days before the start of the trip. Late payment or non-payment is considered as withdrawal and entitles Panamá Turismo S.A. to rent the object otherwise.

 

3.type of service

The contract is concluded in the name and for the account of the owner and is valid for the registered period and the maximum registered number of persons. If more persons arrive than previously registered, this entitles the owner to terminate the contract immediately. The contractually agreed rental fee must still be paid.

The accommodation can be regularly occupied from 13.00 o’clock and must be vacated by 10.00 o’clock on the day of departure. Deviations are possible after consultation without problems, if the accommodation is free at move-in or move-out.

 

4.obligation and liability of the owner

For an influence of the renting object by higher force, like e.g. strike, war, earthquake, country-usual power and water failures, bad weather situations is not liable. If the use of the rental object is not possible due to force majeure and no replacement object can be procured, the liability is limited to a maximum of the amount of the agreed final payment minus the expenses incurred.

 

5.obligation to cooperate

The tenant is required on arrival to check the inventory of the rental property and within 24 hours to report defects to the owner, so that remedial action can be taken. All other complaints about the rental property must also be reported immediately to the owner/manager. Complaints submitted after the fact cannot be considered. The tenant has to treat the accommodation together with the inventory with care and is obliged to report all damages caused by him during his stay to the owner/manager and to replace or pay for them.

 

6.Cancellation

Cancellation by the applicant must be made in writing. The date of receipt is decisive.

The following fees will be charged:

  • in case of cancellation up to 71 days before the start of the trip 25% of the rental price, minimum fee $52
  • in case of cancellation from 70 to 51 days before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price,
  • in case of cancellation 50 to 31 days prior to departure, 70% of the rental price,
  • in case of cancellation from 30 to 1 day before the start of the trip 90% of the rental price,
  • in case of cancellation on the day of travel or in case of no-show 95% of the rental price will be charged
  • the handling fee for a cancellation is $52

In consultation, it is possible to provide a substitute partner at the same travel conditions.

 

7.place of performance – jurisdiction

Santiago, Province of Veraguas, Panamá
